Who runs this site
Moove (company), Geneva, Switzerland.
Contact: contact@mooveapp.ch
Moove is not open to the public yet. This site is only used to build a waitlist and to get in touch with studios.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address, your canton and your neighbourhood.
- Studio contact: the studio's name, an email address, the studio's canton, a phone number if you give one, and the booking software used.
- Audience measurement, if enabled: anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, referrer), with no cookies and no visitor identification.
Why
- To email you when Moove launches near you.
- To get back to interested studios and present Moove.
- To choose which cities and neighbourhoods to open in, based on the cantons and neighbourhoods given.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Tally (Tally BV, Belgium): form submissions, data hosted in the European Union.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc., United States): website hosting. Only technical connection data passes through its servers; Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
- Plausible (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia), only if audience measurement is enabled: anonymous statistics hosted in the European Union.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after Moove launches, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@mooveapp.ch. Every email we send also includes an unsubscribe link. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Governing law
This site is governed by Swiss law, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
